"Hey Stress!" is a self-help toolbox to manage your day-to-day stress in a therapeutic manner. A professionally curated set of tools that help you understand the source of stress, manage it and relieve stress. For you to face your stress rather than avoid it the "Hey Stress!" Box has a set of interactive activities focussed on identifying the stressors and how to challenge them. The box consists of activities on the lines of creative therapy amalgamated with cognitive behavioural techniques with a hint of mindfulness techniques and aids you to de-stress in your daily life, the fun way.
Each activity in the tool box is guided through step-by-step instructions for us to be there for you at every step of the way. The idea is to follow a set of different activities for at-least 7 days and form a positive habit for a longer run.
Every person has different inhibitions and behaviours to their form of stress and the first step of management is identification. The goal of Hey Stress! Box is to identify and familiarize yourself with what your mental health needs and the box is designed in a way that it aids to your one of a kind form of stress.
