Jitter Box – an anxiety management tool box
A professionally curated set of tools to help you identify your “unique to you triggers” and aid in understanding and gradually resolving your mental health needs.
The Jitter box will help you identify patterns of your anxious behaviour caused by certain triggers and the underlying emotions and feelings through a set of effective strategies in the form of interactive activities. The Box also helps you understand and perform techniques that will give you a sense of relief in your static anxious state. The box through its curated activities makes you aware about your emotions and increases your emotional vocabulary for you to ascertain and give a name to your anxious feeling.
The box consists of activities on the lines of creative therapy amalgamated with cognitive behavioural techniques with a hint of mindfulness techniques. Each activity in the tool box is co-related amongst each other for a holistic approach. Each activity is guided through step-by-step instructions for us to be there for you at every step of the way. The idea is to follow the set of different activities for at-least 7 days and form a positive habit for a longer run.
The goal of the Jitter Box is to understand that overcoming anxiety is not an overnight job and it takes conscious efforts towards facing it head-on and dealing with all that discomfort. Thus, every small step towards facing your anxiety is significant.
